Available to all CrossFit TILT Members – Free, 2-Hour Elements Classes every Saturday from 10:00AM – 12:00 PM at CrossFit New England.

These classes will provide you with the opportunity to learn all the fundamental movements of CrossFit. Or they can be used to brush up on your technique if you’re already familiar with the movements. 

All classes will be held at CrossFit New England and coached by Max.
