Definitely one of my weaknesses is the overhead squat. PVC work is helpful and will be using plates under my heels to get it down.

Read the blog about effort on the way down to Florida this morning, right off the plane and into meetings. 6:00pm rolls around and i have 1:15 minutes to dinner. My mind is like…”not enough time to do change go down to the miserable hotel fitness center and get anything meaningful done”. “F’ that”, i said to myself, “F’ that”. “Go get some work done”!

WLW Clean 140, Snatch 95, OHS-athon 65# no clue on the time, I had an awesome toe cramp kick in on the round of 15… so that was fun. I feel like my form is getting better in OHS though so that’s good.
