WLW: 65×5, 85×3, then worked up to 105. Failed twice, then managed a power clean. Stripped back to 85# to work on squat clean form.

Spent the WOD working on form. Started with an empty bar and built to 85 by the end of the work out.
Worked on form as well. 5×135 from the hang, 3×145, then failed at 155 and 175. Weight is not the issue as much as poor front rack/catch. Looking forward to improving at both.
