Shockingly difficult for a simple rep scheme.
6 whole rounds, 20lb ball, ring rows. All ring rows and wall balls unbroken (except where I just missed catching one and immediately picked it up and finished)
The run ruined me. Not cardio wise, my traps were so sore I just couldn’t hold it on my shoulder for more than a few seconds before switching arms/holding it across my chest.
