I was naive: 14/14 for 2 or 3 rounds, dropped to 13/13 and managed to hang on.
FORTITUDE:

maintained my split time throughout 30-34secs, shortened last row by 5 or 6 secs. Probably can attempt 9/9 next time round (or more). Rowing seminar really helped inform this workout! Thanks Morgan!

On the first round I was close to 7/7 but wasn’t sure I could sustain for 30 minutes so backed it off. Now I wish I had pushed to do 7/7. Next time!

Aww yeah.
13/11 started off ambitious and had to drop off the burpees a bit.
Fortitude- held 11/15 for 15 rounds, then dropped to 9/14 for the remainder. Sonny hasn’t been able to form a sentence since. He tried to post his workout but was unsuccessful.
Fortitude –
10/10 for 10 rounds then dropped to 10/7, I did master the burpee-flop towards the end ?

13/13 – Fortitude – All Rounds
I stuck with the 40 second first round rule throughout, and my pacing was right on that 38-42 seconds every time. Felt good today.
4:30 Class energy was awesome.
Next time I THINK I can do the 14 of each and still have some rest in there.
15 would have been REAL, doubt it would have been sustainable.
