Real Food Challenge starts on May 1! This Sunday (April 24th) we’ll be having a nutrition chat from 12pm – 1pm at the gym. We will also be going over the guidelines for the challenge. Sometimes we all need to hit that reset button. It’s A LOT easier to do it with a group of people!

OHS – Fell apart.. Hit 195 without issue and broke down on 215 and 225 .. Oh well. Just happy to get the lifts in this morning with a solid crew!

Clean wasn’t really happening today, but Brain pointed out on the video that dead lift portion of the lift isn’t great, butt if low enough, so something to work on!
