Been having too much “American Pie” over the last week.. Time to clean up my diet – weather is getting too hot to have my cns jacked up and having trouble sloughing off the sweat. But, that said, my muscles have felt a ton better now that I’m eating a larger quantity of food, in general. Just gotta dial back the pizza and the strawberry shortcake 😉
