BS up to 4@ 285 (92%)
FS up to 3@ 240 (91%)
Pretty soon I’ll be up to squatting a condo!
Behind the neck split jerks, worked up to 225.
Great squat numbers! Also, solid work on the behind the neck jerk!
Back Squat 15 OTM: 155#s to 250#’s
Added weight steadily early on then stalled in the middle rounds before adding some more weight towards the end.
BS – 115 – 125 – 135 then 3 at 185
Back Squats 15 EMOTM:
Started @ 105#, climbed every minute, got to 190#
Could have pushed a little harder on the last couple of sets.
Back squats OTM for 15 minutes
Started at 55# worked up to 125#
21-15-9 wall balls and knees to elbows
Ended with some double unders
Started at 135 then up by tens to the end at 205. Had to take a minute off to work out a lower back cramp.
Worked some wrist mobility and practiced double unders and getting a bigger jump on my singles to prep myself for stringing doubles together. I can get them individually just not together yet
