Blew the first round because I’m an idiot and didn’t understand the rep scheme so first round was 30 dl, 20 fs, 10 box jumps. Then I did 20 for each and 10 for each. Had to switch to air squats 12 reps into round 2 as my lower back started acting up. 12:33
