4 minutes to build to a moderate high hang squat snatch: 125
4 minutes to build to a heavy squat snatch: 155 failed (just got tired)
Then, death by ring MU’s. Got through 5th minute and 4 of 6 in sixth minute…meh. I’m tired.
Today’s victory: Snatch balances and high hang squat snatches felt super crisp.
