I believe that optimal health and wellness runs far deeper than simply what we eat- it’s about how we live, breathe, exercise, and interact with the world around us.

Being truly nourished empowers us, and my passion is to help guide us down our own personal paths to resilience.

The human body has an incredible ability to heal itself if we provide it with the tools it needs to thrive.

My own personal journey began in 2011 when I was diagnosed with several autoimmune conditions, stemming from a very poor diet and lifestyle.

I learned of what is called “Nutritional Therapy”, which was a new and powerful world for me. And it changed my life. Nutritional Therapy goes beyond just the food we’re eating. Taking into account our unique lifestyle, occupation, relationships and specific goals, we can create a full 360-degree approach to the life we are after.

My goal is to help our community discover what “healthy” looks like in their lives.

I am beyond excited to be a part of TILT. I believe that CrossFit paired with a strong nutritional foundation will create an unbreakable community, and I am honored to be able to embark on this journey with you all.
