Ok, I don’t know what my times are, but I totally did this. Ed, Edwin and Kyle can vouch for me. And, I did it as the middle 2 miles (plus a little) in the midst of a 7 mile run.
I do know that my 1st 600 was 2:53 and my last was 2:50. The middle is all a blur of approx :50 for the 200m and approx 1:45 for 400 m.
Annie, these numbers look good to me, great ob squeezing the intervals in-between runs!
