I feel ya. Did that to myself with a thruster to the jaw last March. Glad it was minor.
Be careful brother. Grow the beard, it helps deflect the bar…or at least hide the blood.?

Ratatouille 2+6. 75#. Finished second round with 40 seconds left, picked up bar with 30 seconds left and told myself I wasn’t putting it down until Brian said “zero” and I didn’t, so mini victory for myself there.
No limiting factors other than cardio engine. And I can attest that having Games athletes watch your workout makes you push just a wee bit harder than you otherwise might.
