Come get weighed and measured for the May Nutrition Challenge! Measurements are going down on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. No need to schedule or call ahead, just show up! Also, this Sunday we have a nutrition discussion at noon. We’ll be talking prep cooking and favorite animals! We are doing our benchmark workout on Monday. Bring your running shoes, a backpack full of rocks, and a shovel.
