to go ALL IN on their fitness, commitment, and consistency!
Here’s what’s going down:
Each week in August, we’ll be tackling two special workouts that represent the heart of CrossFit!
📊 Benchmark Workouts – Wednesdays
Benchmark workouts (think Fran, Helen, Cindy…) are the “tests” of CrossFit. These workouts are repeated over time to track progress and measure improvement in strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
Whether you’re chasing a PR or just looking to complete every rep with grit and focus, these workouts will help level up your fitness and mindset.
🇺🇸 Hero Workouts – Saturdays
Hero workouts are created to honor the lives and sacrifice of fallen military, law enforcement, and first responders. These workouts are meant to challenge us to push past our limits while remembering those who gave everything.
📅 Bonus Challenge – Most Days Attended
We’re also tracking attendance all month long. Who will go all in and show up the most days in August? It’s time to build consistency and earn some bragging rights along the way
