September Meters Challenge

Challenge Dates: September 1-30
Goal: Accumulate as many meters as possible over the month!

How to Rack Up Meters:
You can log meters from the following activities:
Walking, Running, Rowing, Biking (Note: Divide your total bike meters by 2 before logging).
You don’t have to complete your meters at the gym. While many people will likely log some meters before or after class, you’re free to do them anywhere! Meters completed during class workouts (and TILT Marathon) also count!

Logging Your Progress on Push Press:
Open the Push Press Members App
Click the Workouts Icon
Use the dropdown menu to toggle and select the Meters in September Challenge.
Click Log Results to enter your meters for the day.

Example:
Walk 2,000 meters? Log 2,000
Row 2,000 meters? Log 1,000
Bike 2,000m? Log 1,000 (remember to divide by 2).

How to Check the Leaderboard:
Click results next to the log results icon at any time to see everyone’s accumulated meters over the month!
