FAQ
How do I sign-up for a membership?
Email info@crossfittilt.com. Memberships are charged at the first of every month. You can cancel at any time.
Do I need to reserve the sauna and cold plunge ahead of time?
The sauna and cold plunge is first come, first serve. The sauna allows up to 5 people at a time.
How long is each session?
We ask that members use the recovery room for no longer than 30 Minutes per session.
When can I use the recovery room?
Whenever TILT is open – during all classes or open gym!
Are day passes offered?
We do not offer day passes.
What should I wear?
Clothing is mandatory. Most members wear swimwear or something they feel comfortable getting wet in. We ask that you are wearing clean clothes prior to entering the recovery room. No sweaty workout clothes when entering please! We also ask that you bring a clean towel to sit on during your sauna session.
Does TILT supply towels?
At this time, we do not supply towels for members. We ask that members bring their own towel to the facility and take it with them when they leave. Please do not leave your towel at the gym overnight.
What are the temperatures of the cold plunge and sauna?
The cold plunge is typically around 42°F.
The sauna is usually set around 180°F.
