CROSSFIT TILT AT BOSE!

We’re looking forward to coming back next year

Thanks to the successful funding of the Bose Idea Dollars Project “Subsidized Outdoor CrossFit Class”, CrossFit TILT will be conducting outdoor workouts on the campus of Bose for all ages and fitness levels. We will customize the workout to every individual to ensure a safe and fun experience.

When: Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays at 7:00am
Where: The grassy area adjacent to the R&D Café patio (Click for map)
What to Bring: Water Bottle
What to Wear: Comfortable Athletic Clothes

What is the workout?

The class will be a group workout led by one of CrossFit TILT’s experienced coaches. Throughout the session, you move your body safely through functional movements designed to work within your comfort zone. The workout will include a warmup, stretching, movement instruction, individual scaling, and cool down period. Equipment will be minimal and easily adjustable to fit the individual’s needs. Above all, the group workout will be fun, and entertaining for all.

What do I need to do?

Just complete the registration form at least 24 hours in advance, show up a few minutes before class and be ready to have some fun.

We plan on holding the workouts “rain or shine.” In the event of severe weather (thunder & lightning), we will contact you about cancelations.

The cost of these classes is regularly $20 per person, but the BID Project is subsidizing 100% of the cost for any Massachusetts Employee that wants to get outdoors and meet some Bose Colleagues. The BID funding will cover the cost of 32 classes. After the subsidy has been exhausted, classes will cost $20 per person.
