Playing sports and being active have always been a big part of my life. After graduating college in 2013 I still had the desire to compete and be physically fit, but I was not satisfied by the basic workouts at a typical gym. For me, I was missing the competitiveness, comradery, and encouragement I received when competing on a team. Then one day, my best friend introduced me to CrossFit and I was instantly hooked! I knew that I had found my passion and within the same year I became a CrossFit coach.

I feel lucky to have found CrossFit. It has given me strength, both mentally and physically, which I didn’t know I could achieve. Coaching others and seeing them beat their personal goals has been the most rewarding part of my fitness journey. CrossFit TILT is an unbelievable place and I am grateful that I have the opportunity to help shape and be a part of such an amazing community.
